Born and raised in rural Northwestern Ontario, Catholic yet following the traditional ways of the Ojibway, Vicky is daughter to Louis and Margaret Meawasige. She left Canada at 25 to forge her own path in the United States. Vicky found love, challenges and contentment in the arms of her husband, Rob. They share a home with their two daughters, Kira and Nicole, in the small village of Howard, Wisconsin.

Favorite pastimes are martial arts – Shuri Ryu Karate and Traditional Okinawan Kobudo. Reveling and unwinding in nature with her family. Keeping in touch with family back home in Canada. Maintaining a positive outlook on her own path.
